We offer a wide range of alkyne-bearing nucleotide building blocks for highly selective postsynthetic DNA modification using click chemistry. This reaction is virtually devoid of side reactions and gives the desired products in very high to quantitative yields. The postsynthetic strategy allows for the introduction of sensitive and reactive moieties. This methodology is applicable to phosphoramidite solid phase synthesis as well as to enzymatic incorporation into long DNA strands using PCR. Therefore we offer both phosphoramidite and triphosphate building blocks to enhance your research. By using a protecting group strategy depicted in the figure, we can label DNA with up to three different labels on any position, multiple uses of the same labels do not pose any problems.
