  • The Alkyne-ATP can be incorporated into RNA using standard nucleotide mixtures and T7 RNA polymerase guided in-vitro transcription, or using a Poly-A Polymerase for 3`end labeling of your RNA sample. Ending up with a partially modified RNA (we recommend to replace the natural base by only 1-10% with the modified one), it is ready for labeling with our marker azides (e.g. fluorescent dyes for tracking and imaging or cross-linking to other biomolecules) by click chemistry.
