The azide- and alkyne- activated uniform magnetic beads are polymer-based magnetic spheres of 1 μm diameter and used for covalent capturing alkyne- or azide-tagged biopolymers. The uniformity of the beads surfaces allows for low non-specific binding in protein-based systems and superior handling without the use of surfactants. The usage of such high-binding beads that can be easily functionalized with a variety of molecules via click chemistry are various and range from polymer encapsulation and DNA binding towards even high throughput applications

The beads are not stable in organic solvents and high urea concentrations. The click reaction should thus optimally be done in 100% aqueous media. Other than that, any protocol for click reaction can be used with these beads but might need further experimental adaptation.
Here is a link that can serve as basis for the development of a suitable protocol for such reactions.
