How to Order

You found your product of interest and want to order? We will be there for you by following channels:

  • Online via our webshop or get a quote
    Please login to your customer account or register for a new account. Next, select the product of interest, type in the desired quantity and click on “Add to Cart”. The product is then placed in your shopping cart and you can finalize your order. Our competitive shipping costs can be seen in the ordering process once you have placed all products in the cart. Should you face any problems or difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

You will receive an order confirmation email within generally one working day. In case you did not get an order confirmation within reasonable time, please contact us.

Necessary Information

When placing an order, we need the following information from you to proceed with it right away:

  • Your name, name of institution
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Order ID number (PO number, etc., if applicable)
  • Catalog number or the name of products and quantities needed
  • Contact person and contact data for questions (incl. a phone number)
  • VAT ID (for EU based institutions and companies only)
  • PACKAGING

    Please note that on each order we will add packaging costs of 7.00 € or 8.35 USD, respectively, whatever the product and quantities ordered. When ordering through our website, you will see these costs adding to the total amount during the process. When ordering by email, fax or phone these costs will be reflected on the PO confirmation and the invoice.

  • SHIPPING

    With our fast, inexpensive – starting from e.g. € 7.00 within Germany – and reliable express delivery service with TNT you will get the products when in stock usually after 1 – 2 days for deliveries within EU and 2 – 3 days for deliveries outside of the EU.

    Please inquire for the delivery costs to your country or see it in your shopping cart when ordering online. If you wish your order to be shipped by your FedEx service, just contact us and provide us with your FedEx account number.

    We are shipping our products on cooling bags, if cooling is required. Upon arrival, please check the datasheet for the correct storage conditions of your product. Products may arrive at your location at room temperature. But you don’t have to worry – our products are stable even if they are stored at room temperature for several days.

  • PAYMENTS

    We accept payment by credit card or PayPal, when ordered online as well as order on account. For order on account, please find all necessary information on the bottom of your invoice.Some international orders may require full or partial pre-payment. In such a case we´ll be in touch with you.

  • I placed my order online, what are the next steps?

    First of all, thank you very much for your order. We will now internally proceed with it. Generally, within one working day you will hear from us with an official order confirmation and a planned delivery date. In case you did not get an order confirmation within reasonable time, please contact us.

  • What are the delivery costs to my country?

    Our standard and fast delivery service is TNT. In order to get the delivery costs to your country, please log in to your account, place the desired products in the basket and follow the process until your delivery costs will appear. Please note: the delivery of course strongly depends on the weight and size of the parcel we ship and can thus vary between different orders.
    If you wish your order to be shipped by your FedEx account, we will be happy to arrange that for you, of course. In that case, we just ask you to contact us and provide us with all necessary information e.g. with your FedEx account number.

  • My country is not on the list. What should I do?

    There might be some legal restrictions or a special shipment process. Therefore, please get in touch with us.

  • Which payment options do you offer?

    You can choose between payment by credit card and wire transfer. For the later, in some cases (mainly new customers and custom-made products) we might ask you for payment in advance, but we´ll then be in touch with you of course. For the credit card payment, please choose this option at the ordering checkout and proceed there. If you prefer wire transfer, then please choose that option online. The information on our bank details will be all stated on the invoice you will get via email and within your parcel.

  • When can I expect my products after I placed my order?

    With our fast, and reliable express delivery service you will get the products usually the next day when in stock and within Europe. Overseas delivery usually takes one to two days longer. In case a customs application is required of course this will delay the process as we have to wait for the officials to settle the delivery.

  • What is the packaging like and what are its costs?

    We are shipping our products mainly on cooling bags (except for delivery of only room temperature products) in appropriate boxes to keep them cooled. For the material we apply 7.00 € for every delivery, whatever the package content. For shipment, even for several days, refrigeration or freezing is not required. Please, upon arrival, store all items appropriately according to the information on the products´ datasheet for an optimal long-term storage.
