Our Dual Index Primer Kit is specifically designed for use with ClickSeq and Poly(A)-ClickSeq with dual indexing workflows on Illumina sequencing platforms. This kit provides both i7 and i5 indexing primers for dual-indexed library preparation, ideal for users who require enhanced multiplexing capability and improved sample demultiplexing accuracy.
The primers are not included in the standard ClickSeq Kits and must be ordered separately if required.
