TIPS-5-Ethynyl-dU-CEP

This new TIPS-EdU phosphoramidite replaces the EdU-CEP. With its protecting group the risk of side products is circumvented. The oligo will be deprotected after the synthesis leading to ethynyl modified oligonucleotides that are ready for click conjugations with various azide labels. Also this universal alkyne modifier that can be used under standard conditions for solid phase synthesis of oligonucleotides.
