Product Information

The water-soluble CuSO4 reagent is for performing click reactions in aqueous solution e.g. for experiments with cell culture or sensitive biomolecules that do not tolerate DMSO. In order to create the click reactive Cu(I) species, Na-Ascorbate is needed to reduce Cu(II). Additionally, please make sure using a water-soluble ligand (e.g. THPTA) protecting your biomolecule.
